- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 23 cup sugar
- 34 cup vanilla soy yogurt
- 34 cup soymilk (or almond, rice, hemp)
- 13 cup vegetable oil
- 12 teaspoon almond extract
- 12 cup seedless jam
Directions

1In large bowl, combine dry ingredients.

2In medium bowl, whisk together sugar, yogurt, milk, oil and almond extract.
