- 1 c. berries, frozen or fresh
- 1/2 c. sugar (may add up to 1 c.)
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 to 1 c. Concord grape wine
Directions

1In a saucepan, melt sugar in berries over low heat.

2Mix cornstarch in wine.

3Pour into heated berries/sugar mixture.

4Stir carefully (try not to crush berries) until mixture clears (shortly after it comes to a boil).

5If it seems too thick, add wine or water, then bring back to a boil until desired consistency.
