- 6 large egg yolks
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 1/2 c. milk (divided)
- 3/4 c. Jim Beam Bourbon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Directions

1Beat egg yolks and sugar in medium saucepan.

2Slowly beat in two (2) cups of the milk.

3Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until thermometer registers 150°F. or mixture coats the back of a metal spoon.

4Remove from heat;

5strain into pitcher.

6Stir in remaining milk, Jim Beam Bourbon, vanilla and nutmeg.

7Cover and chill at least 8 hours or overnight.

8Sprinkle with additional nutmeg.
