- 4 to 5 cooking apples, pared, cored and diced
- 3/4 to 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 canned pear halves, drained and crushed
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°. Line 9-inch pie plate with bottom pastry crust.

2Roll out top crust.

3Combine apples, sugar, flour and cinnamon.

4Arrange pears in 9-inch pie plate.

5Top with apple mixture; dot with butter.

6Adjust top crust.

7Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until filling is tender and crust nicely browned. Serve warm or cold.
