- 1 1/2 c. Puffed rice
- 1 x Onion
- 1 x Tomato
- 1 sm Boiled peeled potato
- 1/2 Tbsp. Coriander leaves
- 1/2 c. Fine sev
- 1/4 c. Parboiled moong sprouts, optional
- 1 tsp Roasted peanuts, optional
- 1 tsp Warm green chutney
- 1 1/2 tsp Tamarind chutney Salt to taste
- 1/4 x Lime juice
- 10 x Puries, (used for bhel or possibly (10 to 12) panipuri optional) crushed
Directions

1Just before serving.

2In a large mixing bowl, add in puffed rice, and all ingredients except 1/4 the coriander and sev.

3Mix well.

4Sprinkle a few drops water if too dry.

5Adjust taste and salt.

6Spoon into individual bowls.

7Sprinkle some sev and coriander to garnish.

8Serve immediately.
