Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce, chopped
  • 1 can sliced carrots, drained
  • 1 can peas, drained
  • 1/2 lb. sliced turkey breast
  • 1 medium block Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled and sliced
  • 2 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni shells, cooked and drained
  • salad dressing of choice, best with Ranch or Bleu Cheese

Directions

    Using 1/2 of each ingredient, layer in a large, clear, straight-sided bowl as follows:

    lettuce, carrots, peas, turkey, shells, cheese and egg slices.

    Make sure you can see all layers through bowl.

    Use same order and repeat layers.

    Serve as a side dish or entire meal.
