  • 1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • few drops hot pepper sauce
