  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 2 whole Large Tomatoes, Chopped
  • 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Low Sodium Black Beans, Rinsed And Drained
  • 1/2 cups Frozen Corn Kernels
  • 4 whole Whole-wheat Tortillas
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Cheese

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    Saute for 5-7 minutes, until veggies are beginning to soften.
