  • 1 can Eagle Brand
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • several drops red cake coloring
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • sugar and vanilla to taste

Directions

    Mix thoroughly all ingredients except whipping cream, sugar and vanilla; whip whipping cream, add sugar and vanilla.

    Fold into cherry mix.

    Pour into prepared graham cracker crumb crust.

    Set in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
