  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1(6oz) pkg. semi-sweet choc. chips
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1(6oz) pkg. chopped pecans
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pastry shell

Directions

    Pre-heat oven to 350. In large bowl beat eggs slightly. Add sugar,syrup,melted butter and bourbon. Stir in pecans, choc chips and cornstarch. Pour into pastry shell. Bake 60 min @ 350. Filling should be slightly less set in center than around the edges
