Ingredients: 3 eggs; 3/4 cup sugar; 1/2 cup light corn syrup; 1/2 cup butter, melted; 1/4 cup bourbon; 1(6oz) pkg. semi-sweet choc. chips; 1/4 cup cornstarch; 1(6oz) pkg. chopped pecans; 1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pastry shell

1(6oz) pkg. semi-sweet choc. chips
1/4 cup cornstarch
1(6oz) pkg. chopped pecans
1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pastry shell

Pre-heat oven to 350. In large bowl beat eggs slightly. Add sugar,syrup,melted butter and bourbon. Stir in pecans, choc chips and cornstarch. Pour into pastry shell. Bake 60 min @ 350. Filling should be slightly less set in center than around the edges
