  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

  • 1 cup Land O Lakes Butter, softened
  • 2 Land O Lakes Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons milk

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Grease 15x10x1-inch baking pan; set aside.

    Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt and remaining spices in bowl.

    Combine sugar and butter in bowl; beat at medium speed until creamy.

    Add eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla; continue beating until well mixed.

    Add pumpkin; beat until well mixed.

    Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture, beating at low speed and scraping bowl often, until well mixed.

    Spoon 2 1/4 cups batter into bowl.
