- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbsp. prepared steak sauce
- 28 cocktail onions
- 1 (18 oz.) jar grape jelly
- 1/3 c. prepared yellow mustard
Directions

1Microwave:

2In medium bowl, combine beef, bread crumbs, egg and steak sauce.

3Mix well.

4Shape 1 tablespoon beef mixture around an onion; roll into a ball.

5Repeat with remaining beef mixture and onions.

6Arrange meatballs in 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish.

7Cover with waxed paper and cook on High 3 minutes. Re-arrange meatballs; cover and cook on High for 1 to 3 minutes, until firm.

8Let stand, covered, for 3 minutes.
