  • 1 Ready-Crust
  • graham cracker pie crust (6 oz.)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened*
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. Hershey's
  • cocoa
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 c. nondairy whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling, chilled

    Preheat oven to 350°. Beat cream cheese until fluffy; add sugar and cocoa. Mix well. Add egg and almond extract. With a spatula, scrape filling into crust; spread evenly. Bake 35 minutes. Cool and refrigerate. Just before serving, top with nondairy whipped topping and cherry pie filling. Prep time: 10 minutes. Baking time: 35 minutes. Chilling time: 3 hours. Servings: 8.
