- 1 (18 1/2 oz.) white cake mix
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. blackberry jello
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. blackberry wine
Directions

1Beat well at medium speed about 2 minutes.

2Pour into Bundt pan which has been sprayed well with vegetable spray or greased and floured well.

3Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350° until done by toothpick test.

4Cool and glaze with 1 cup powdered sugar and 1/4 cup blackberry wine.

5Barely bring to boil.

6Punch holes in cake and pour glaze over cake.

7If you boil the glaze, it will crystallize.
