Ingredients

  • 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3/4 pounds To 1 Pound Bacon, Cooked
  • 1 whole Tomato, Chopped
  • Hot Sauce, To Taste (optional)

Directions

    Mix the softened cream cheese and mayo well.

    Add the bacon (broken into small pieces), tomato and hot sauce.

    Refrigerate until cold.

    Serve with either toast points or club crackers.

    (I actually really like to use Tastefully Simple Fiesta Seasoning instead of hot sauce, but anything you have would be good.
