- 8 pieces Bacon
- 4 slices Tomato
- 1 leaf Fresh Lettuce, Chopped
- 4 Slices Sourdough Bread, Toasted
- 1 Avocado
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise

1Fry 4 slices of bacon per sandwich in a medium size pan until slightly crispy.

2When finished, remove bacon and place on a paper towel-covered plate to let some of the fat drip off.

3While the bacon fries, slice tomato, cut lettuce, and toast bread.

4Cut avocado in half and remove the pit.

5Spread 1 tablespoon mayo on on one side of the toasted bread and spoon out 1/2 of the avocado and spread on the other side of the bread.

6Add 4 pieces of bacon, half of the lettuce, and 2 slices of tomato per sandwich.

7Devour.
