- 12 lrg Steamed cabbage leaves
- 1 c. AM Blue Cornmeal
- 1/2 c. Minced green onions
- 1/2 c. Whole corn
- 1/4 tsp Powdered garlic
- 1/4 tsp Thyme
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1 c. Unseasoned tomato sauce
- 2 c. Water
- 1 c. Grated cheese
Directions

1While steaming cabbage leaves, mix remaining ingredients except cheese in a sauce pan and stir with a wire whisk over medium heat till mix is very thick.

2Be cautious to keep mix stirred thoroughly.

3Roll 1 Tbsp.

4mix in each cabbage leaf.

5Place in baking dish and cover with cheese.

6Bake for 10 min at 300 F.
