Blue Cheese Ball

  • 8 oz. Roquefort or Blue cheese
  • 16 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 2 rolls Nippy or sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions

    Allow cheese to soften to room temperature.

    Mix well. Add garlic, salt and Worcestershire sauce and mix again. Chill 2 to 3 hours.

    Shape into balls and roll in parsley and pecans.

    Chill.
