  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. sliced green pepper
  • 1 qt. jar chunky Ragu
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 lb. blue crab meat (claw)
  • dash of garlic salt

    in olive oil, onion and green pepper until onion is transparent.

    Salt and pepper to taste.

    Add Ragu sauce and 1

    cup of water. Bring to boil, stirring well.

    Reduce heat. Add

    and drained mushrooms.
