- 12 cup plain flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 egg whites
- 12 cup apple juice
- 1 12 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup blueberries
Directions

1Combine the cornflour, plain flour and baking powder.

3Beat the egg whites until light and fluffy.

4Beat the apple juice, milk and oil together, and then gently fold in the egg whites.

5Gently stir in the flour mix.

6Pour the batter into a well oiled cake pan and sprinkle with the blueberries.

7Bake at 200dg c for 30-35 minutes or until cake is golden brown.
