  • 1 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate morsels
  • 1/4 c. vegetable shortening (not butter or margarine)
  • 2 c. fresh blueberries (not frozen)

Directions

    Combine chocolate and shortening and place pan over hot water.

    Stir until morsels melt and mixture is smooth.

    Remove from heat.

    Gently fold in blueberries until well coated with chocolate.

    Drop by rounded teaspoons onto wax paper.

    Chill until chocolate is set.

    Makes about 3 dozen.

    May be kept at room temperature up to one hour.
