  • 1 (2 lb.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 3 c. blueberries (fresh, canned or frozen)
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 3 1/4 sticks oleo
  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 2 tsp. vanilla flavor

    Cream oleo and cream cheese; add sugar and cream well. Alternate flour and eggs, beating good.

    Bake at 300° starting in cold oven.

    Bake in tube pan, greased and floured, for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
