- 5 cups Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Almonds
- 1 cup Sesame Seeds
- 1 cup Sunflower Seeds (unsalted)
- 1 cup Shredded Coconut
- 1 cup Powdered Milk
- 1 cup Dried Blueberries
- 1/2 cups Wheat Bran
- 1/2 cups Wheat Germ
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Honey
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
Directions

1Heat oven to 325 degrees F.

2In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut, powdered milk, blueberries, wheat bran and germ.

3Sprinkle the vanilla over the dry mixture and stir.

4In a small sauce pan, combine honey and oil on medium heat.

5Stir often.

6Once mixture is warm, add to the dry ingredients.

7Mix well.

8Take 2 large baking sheets and spray with cooking spray.

9Divide the granola among the 2 baking sheets.

10Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.

11Once the 10 minutes are up, lower the oven temperature to 300 degrees F. Mix the granola on the cookie sheets and place back in the oven for another 10 minutes.

12Cut wax or parchment paper and lay out on the counter.

13Once the granola is done baking, spread onto the wax paper and let cool completely.

14Serve in a bowl with milk or on top of yogurt!
