Blueberry Salad

  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 2 small pkg. grape gelatin
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups hot water.

    Stir in pineapple and blueberry pie filling.

    Pour into oblong casserole and let congeal.

    Blend and mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla and spread over congealed mixture.

    Sprinkle nuts on top.
