Blueberry Swirl Cake

- 1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus white cake mix
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 c. water
- 3 egg whites
- 21 oz. can blueberry pie filling
- 6 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch pan.

3In large bowl, combine cake mix, water, oil and egg whites.

4Blend at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at highest speed.

5Pour into prepared pan.

6Reserve 1 cup of pie filling for topping. Spoon remaining pie filling randomly over cake batter.

7Marble by pulling knife through batter in wide curves, then turn pan and repeat.

8Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

9Cool completely.

10Serve with dollops of whipped topping and reserved pie filling.
