- 2 lb. deer meat, cut into 2-inch strips
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. liquid smoke
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut meat into 1/4-inch thick strips 2-inches wide.

2Cut with grain of meat.

3(Partially freeze meat to make cutting easier.) Combine soy sauce and liquid smoke and seasonings together in bowl. Marinate meat in sauce about 15 minutes.

4Place in food dryer and dry about 15 hours (can substitute beef for the deer meat).
