- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cups frozen BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles
- 1 jar (28 oz.) spaghetti sauce
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked, drained
- 1 container (16 oz.) cottage cheese
- 2-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 350F.

2Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

3Add onions; cook until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

4Stir in crumbles and spaghetti sauce; cover.

5Simmer on low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.

6Place 3 noodles in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with layers of 1/3 of spaghetti sauce mixture, half of cottage cheese and 1/3 of mozzarella.

7Repeat layers.

8Top with remaining noodles, sauce and mozzarella; sprinkle with Parmesan.

9Bake 30 min.
