  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cups frozen BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles
  • 1 jar (28 oz.) spaghetti sauce
  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked, drained
  • 1 container (16 oz.) cottage cheese
  • 2-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.

    Add onions; cook until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

    Stir in crumbles and spaghetti sauce; cover.

    Simmer on low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.

    Place 3 noodles in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with layers of 1/3 of spaghetti sauce mixture, half of cottage cheese and 1/3 of mozzarella.

    Repeat layers.

    Top with remaining noodles, sauce and mozzarella; sprinkle with Parmesan.
