  • 4 x Onions sliced
  • 2 x Beets peeled and sliced
  • 3 c. Water
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 6 slc Carp

Directions

    Combine the onions, beets, water, salt and pepper in a deep skillet.

    Place the fish in it.

    Cover, bring to a boil and cook over low heat 45 min, removing the cover after 30 min.

    Serve warm or possibly chilled.
