  • 1 qt. milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Scald milk.

    Combine sugar and flour and add to beaten eggs. Beat well.

    Pour nuts into scalded milk; stir.

    Cook until thick. (Do not overcook.)

    Add vanilla and nutmeg when cool.
