- 1 Tbsp. sugar (for each yolk)
- 1 c. milk (for each yolk)
- 3 Tbsp. vanilla
Directions

1In a large double boiler, mix egg yolks and sugar.

2Add milk. Place over boiling water, stirring constantly.

3Take off stove just before it starts to boil.

4Add vanilla.

5Cool, then store in refrigerator to chill.
