- 3 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. fine corn flour
- 1 1/3 c. regular flour
Directions

1Bring water and salt to boil.

2Add boiling water slowly to corn flour stirring vigorously until smooth.

3Cool by stirring occasionally.

4This mixture hardens as it cools.

5Add regular flour and knead for about 5 minutes.

6Make a round ball and roll it on a board with corn flour, making it very smooth.

7Flatten dough with the palm of your hand making a smooth round circle about 1/2-inch thick.

8Bake in a baking sheet in a preheated 450° to 500° oven for about 1 hour or until golden brown.

9Cool on a rack.

10Makes 1 loaf.
