Ingredients

  • 2 lb. powdered sugar
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 1 (8 oz.) can shredded coconut
  • 2 Tsp. vanilla
  • about 2 qt. pecans, chopped in a blender

Directions

    Mix the milk, butter and vanilla together.

    Add the powdered sugar and coconut.
  3. 3
    Add pecans until the mixture is hard to stir. Shape into small balls.

    Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Put into freezer for about 30 minutes.

    Put toothpicks in each ball and dip in melted chocolate bark.

    Place on wax paper. Remove toothpicks and seal the holes with some of the chocolate.
