- 2 c. yellow squash
- 1/4 small onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- black pepper
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
Directions

1Cook sliced squash and onion together in saucepan in small amount of water until tender.

2Cool and drain.

3Add beaten egg, 1 cup stuffing, milk, sugar, salt and pepper.

4Melt butter in bottom of casserole dish.

5Add squash mixture to dish.

6Top with stuffing and cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
