- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

1Preheat Oven 325 degrees:

2Combine all of the ingredients for the rub in a small bowl. Rub all over the meat.

3Place the meat in a baking pan with the fat side up.

4Roast 11/2 - 2 hours or until the desired doneness is achieved.

5Transfer the roast to a carving board and let rest for 10-15 minutes. Carve the roast into thin slices and season as desired.
