  • 4 whole Tomatoes
  • 1/2 loaves French Bread
  • 1 whole Onion
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 5 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons Olive Oil

    Cut up french bread into cubes. Heat up a large skillet with the 4 tablespoon of butter and olive oil. Add the garlic (minced) and the bread cubes. Watch closely so as not to burn. Stir cubes in the pan for 3-5 minutes and turn off the heat. Chop the tomatoes and onion. Add the balsamic vinegar and olive oil to a bowl, add the tomatoes and onion, toss and then add the cubes and seasoning. Toss gently and set aside, if you can leave it alone!
