- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 2 c. corn flakes
- 1/2 c. raisins
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cook bacon until crisp; drain well. Break bacon in 1/2-inch pieces.

3Beat together butter and sugar until fluffy; beat in egg.

4Combine flour and baking soda; stir into butter mixture.

5Stir in bacon, corn flakes and raisins. Drop by rounded tablespoons, 2-inches apart, on ungreased cookie sheets.

6Bake 15 minutes.

7Cool 1 minute.

8Remove to racks to cool.

9Makes 2 dozen.
