- 1 lb. breakfast sausage, ground
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 6 to 8 eggs
- garlic salt and pepper to taste
- soft burrito shells
- 8 oz. shredded cheese
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1In large frypan, brown sausage well.

2Add green pepper, onion, mushrooms and seasonings.

3Cook until tender.

4Add eggs; scramble well.

5Place 1 cup of mixture in middle of each shell.

6Sprinkle cheese on top; roll up shell.

7Place in microwave until heated. Top with salsa, if desired.

8Makes 6 to 8 burritos.
