- 1 pkg. frozen ore-ida hash browns (O'Brien are the best)
- 18 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- green peppers
- onion
- fresh mushrooms
- 1 small can of green chilies (optional)
- 4 or 5 drops of Franks red hot
- salt and pepper
- 8 oz. pkg. of Mexican four cheese
Directions

1Grease 9 X 13 cake pan.

2Spread hash browns in pan, salt and pepper well.

3Beat eggs, milk, red hot, salt and pepper.

4Add green peppers, onion, mushrooms and green chilies to egg mixture. Pour over hash browns.

5Spread cheese over top.

6Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
