Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen hash browns, thawed (in a pinch,you can also used tator tots, just chop them up!)
- 6 slices bacon (You can used 1-1/4 cup diced ham or canadian bacon if you prefer)
- 5 eggs
- 3 green onions, minced
- 34 cup milk
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- salt
- pepper
- Tabasco sauce (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Grease 9 inch glass pie pan.

3Cook bacon and crumble, reserve bacon fat in pan.

4Beat together eggs, milk, green onions 1-1/2 cups cheese, salt,pepper and tabasco to taste.

5Mix in all but 1/4 cup bacon.

6Fry hashbrowns in bacon fat for a few minutes and cool ,then add to egg mixture and mix until combined.

7Pour into pie plate and bake 35-40 minutes,or until middle is set.

8Sprinkle remaining cheese and bacon on top.

9Return to oven until cheese is melted.

10Serve with tabasco on the side.
