  • 6 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 6 slices bread
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz. sliced mushrooms

Directions

    Brown sausage and cool.

    Beat eggs, milk, salt and mustard; beat again.

    Add bread crumbs and stir.

    Add cheese, sausage and mushrooms and stir.

    Put in greased glass baking dish.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes in 1-quart dish or 30 minutes in a 2-quart dish.
