  • slices of bread
  • 12 eggs (milk for scrambled eggs)
  • grated cheese
  • green pepper
  • onion
  • mushrooms
  • sausage
  • bacon
  • dash of garlic salt
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of oregano
  • salt
  • 1 lb. hot bulk sausage
  • 8 Tbsp. Wesson oil
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 6 medium size hard-boiled eggs

Directions

    Combine sausage and sage.

    Salt outside of hard-boiled eggs. Using 2 tablespoons of sausage per egg, wrap eggs.

    Chill to allow sausage to set.

    Fry in Wesson oil.

    Drain well.

    Eggs may be halved and passed at brunch as an appetizer.
