- grated cheese
- green pepper
- onion
- mushrooms
- sausage
- bacon
- dash of garlic salt
- dash of pepper
- dash of oregano
- salt
- 1 lb. hot bulk sausage
- 8 Tbsp. Wesson oil
- 1 tsp. sage
- 6 medium size hard-boiled eggs
Directions

1Combine sausage and sage.

2Salt outside of hard-boiled eggs. Using 2 tablespoons of sausage per egg, wrap eggs.

3Chill to allow sausage to set.

4Fry in Wesson oil.

5Drain well.

6Eggs may be halved and passed at brunch as an appetizer.
