- 16 slices bread
- fresh or frozen broccoli
- 1 large pkg. Cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Butter bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch cake pan.

2Place 8 slices of bread (crust removed) in bottom of pan.

3Layer broccoli over bread. Spread shredded Cheddar cheese over broccoli.

4Top with 8 slices of crustless bread.

5Mix eggs and milk together.

6Pour over casserole. Chill 8 hours.

7Preheat oven to 350°.

8Cook 1 hour.
