- 6 slices bread
- 1 lb. sausage, cooked or 12 slices bacon, cooked
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Press the bread into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

2Place cooked sausage or bacon on top of the bread.

3Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

4Lightly beat eggs with milk; pour over the top of the ingredients in the casserole.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
