- 1/2 lb. bacon, fried, drained and chopped
- 1 lb. sausage, fried, drained and chopped into small pieces
- 1 small box croutons (seasoned or plain)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- 12 eggs
- 8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Butter 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

2Place drained bacon and sausage along with croutons in the pan.

3Mix eggs, milk and mushroom soup; pour over croutons and meat.

4Top casserole with shredded cheese and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until eggs are firm and cheese is bubbly.
