- 1 lb. sausage meat, cooked and drained
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar
- 1 pt. half and half
- 6 slices buttered bread
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 5 eggs, beaten hard
Directions

1Mix eggs with salt, dry mustard and half and half.

2Remove crust and cube buttered bread.

3Place bread cubes and sausage in casserole dish.

4Pour egg mixture over bread and sausage.

5Let sit 8 hours.

6Cook 35 to 45 minutes at 350°.

7Top with grated cheese.
