- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. honey or corn syrup
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. raisins, chopped
- 1 c. salted peanuts (if other nuts, add 1 tsp. salt)
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. soda
Directions

1Mix together butter, peanut butter and brown sugar; cream. Add eggs, one at a time; beat until fluffy.

2Mix honey, flour, wheat germ, baking powder and soda.

3Add other ingredients.

4Drop by teaspoon.

5Bake at 375°
