- 3/4 box Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
- 4 eggs (mix with a little milk, salt and pepper)
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pkg english muffins
Directions

1Brown sausage with vegetables.

2Drain and add sausage. Return to frying pan and add cheese cubes.

3Let melt while stirring often.

4Once they have melted, add eggs and move around with spatula,
