- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 pkg. (8) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 c. frozen loosely packed hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a skillet, cook sausage until browned; drain off fat. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles; place in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center.

2Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust; spoon sausage over crust.

3Sprinkle with potatoes; top with Cheddar cheese.

4In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour into crust.

5Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all.

6Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
