  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3/4 tsp. dried whole oregano
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • green and red pepper slices (optional)
