  • 3 to 4 slices bread
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 c. grated cheese plus 4 to 5 cheese slices
  • 1 c. chopped ham
  • 1/4 onion, chopped
  • 1/3 c. chopped bell pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cut bread in 1/2 slices; lay on the bottom of a pie pan (ovensafe).

    Mix salt in eggs.

    Pour eggs on top.

    Put ham, grated cheese, bell pepper and onion on it.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Put 1/2 sliced cheese on top.

    Bake another 5 to 10 minutes.
