- 3 to 4 slices bread
- 5 eggs
- 1 c. grated cheese plus 4 to 5 cheese slices
- 1 c. chopped ham
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 1/3 c. chopped bell pepper (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cut bread in 1/2 slices; lay on the bottom of a pie pan (ovensafe).

2Mix salt in eggs.

3Pour eggs on top.

4Put ham, grated cheese, bell pepper and onion on it.

5Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Put 1/2 sliced cheese on top.

6Bake another 5 to 10 minutes.
